Rosul has spent the last five years working in a variety of educational roles after achieving a PGCE in 2017. Stemming from teaching roles to diverse support-based roles, to pastoral support, with an emphasis on a person-centred approach. Rosul has since become more focused in providing mental health provision while operating as an appointed mental health first aider since 2020. He is striving to be part of a service that can provide opportunity, social mobility, cultural capital and ultimately fulfil potential.
