Streetwise School Hubs

Streetwise is now working in eight different Secondary Education Schools and Academies.

We work closely with pupils, VSC partners and school staff to offer the right services that best meet the needs of children and young people. In Jesmond Park Academy, we provide an onsite Early Help Youth Hub – a ‘One Stop Shop’ where young people can access a range of free services. These include information, advice, careers, counselling, emotional wellbeing and mental health support, social and community activities, youth voice and sexual health services.
