This Service offers six 1-1 sessions with a Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing worker. You can be seen either in person, online or over the phone. In person support will take place in a community venue convenient for the you. The Workers are also based in a number of Schools across the City so we can offer In-School Support if you would prefer.

This is the right Service for you/your Young Person if you are:

1. Registered at one of GP Surgeries below
2. Have started experiencing these Mental Health Difficulties in the last 12 months
3. Feel as if these difficulties are beginning to have an impact on your day-to-day life
